The Daily Nugget

The Daily Nugget is a free daily e-mail that goes out every morning bright and early to help keep you focused on your health! Since nobody has time or energy to focus first thing in the morning, the nugget consists of one drawing - usually stick figures, since that’s the extent of my artistic ability - and a little text below the picture. The nuggets are designed to be consumed in under a minute! There is not much violence, but there is some nudity. You have been warned.
