Learn Dynamic Stick Stretching!

Why is there always an exclamation point after Stick Stretching!? Because it's fun, exciting, and an exclamation point is like a little stick in action, right?
Dynamic Stick Stretching is a remarkably simple and effective method for improving spinal health. It's safe, low-impact and easy enough for anyone to learn. (Well, anyone old enough to be reading this.) It was developed by Dr. Arthur Faygenholtz, and if you want to see the master in action, then I highly recommend that you take his classes and/or purchase his DVDs! Stick stretching helps people to hold their adjustments longer, and it can be done almost anywhere and in just a few minutes.

Dr. Kim is now leading Dynamic Stick Stretching classes every Wednesday afternoon at 12:30pm and every other Thursday night at 6:30pm. Mornings are to be announced. We meet at the office 10 minutes before class time in order to sign in and pick up sticks, and then we usually walk to the park - rain or shine! (Stick stretching happens on the Thursday evenings when we're NOT doing Dinner with Doc. If you're not sure which is happening this week, just give a call -- or just show up, in which case you will either get to treat your body to a stretch or your belly and brain to some serious nourishment!)

The class is open to the public, and drop-ins are welcome. The fees for the class are as follows :
$20 for drop-in ($150 for 10-pack of classes)
$10 for inactive established patients
$FREE for patients under active care (which means that your next appointment is on the books!)

Sticks will be provided for use during the class (mainly 4' and 6' in case you want to bring your own) and are also available for purchase at the office.

We also offer Stick Stretching workshops for the workplace and for schools. Contact DK for more info!
